Dalum Papirfabrik and the Maglemølle de-inking facilities at Næstved are taken over by a Danish investor group comprising:

AT Holding A/S, 
Invest Miljø A/S,
Lønmodtagernes Dyrtidsfond,
Dansk Erhvervsinvestering A/S.

Factory changes its name to Dalum Papir A/S.
