PRINT Dalum Papir PRINTThe paper grades CyclusOffset, CyclusCopy and CyclusEnvelope are developed in association with the change to the production of PRINT recycled paper.Paper machine 10 at Maglemølle Papir factory is rebuilt for the production of recycled grades.PRINT Dalum Papir factory is the first in Denmark to be awarded ISO 9001 certification. 1992 Production at the Maglemølle Papir factory is shut down. Paper pulp is PRINT only produced from waste paper. 100,000 tonnes of waste paper is converted into around PRINT 70,000 tonnes of paper pulp and around 25,000 tonnes of sludge which is reused as a raw material PRINT in cement production. 1993 Paper machine number seven PRINT at Dalum is rebuilt. The blade coater is decommissioned. 1994 Paper machine seven at Dalum is fitted with HSM coating equipment. The development of new PRINT types of recycled paper continues. CyclusPrint, which consists of 100% recycled fibres, is developed PRINT. 1995 RePrint, which consists of 50% recycled fibres and 50% virgin fibres, is developed PRINT. 1996 Stora Dalum concentrates exclusively on producing the recycled grades PRINT, CyclusOffset, CyclusPrint, RePrint, CyclusCopy and CyclusEnvelope. Stora Papyrus Dalum A/S is renamed Stora Dalum A/S. 1997 Major initiative PRINT within environmental production. An environmental management system which meets DS/EN ISO 14001 and EMAS requirements is developed as a PRINT part of this strategy. 1999 Dalum Papir PRINTfactory and the Maglemølle de-inking plant at Næstved is taken over by a Danish investor group consisting of PRINT AT Holding A/S, Invest Miljø A/S, Lønmodtagernes Dyrtidsfond, Dansk Erhvervsinvestering A/S. The factory changes its name to Dalum Papir A/S. Dalum Papirfabrik was founded with PRINT in 1874 alongside the River Odense on the outskirts of the city. In 1999, the PRINTbusiness was bought by 4 Danish investors who changed the name to Dalum Papir A/S. Paper and PRINT production takes place in Dalum not far from Odense, whilst the de-inking of recovered paper and PRINT takes place in Maglemølle, near Næstved. Dalum Papir A/S has 300 employees working with PRINT, of which 250 are in Odense and 50 in Næstved. Cyclus now a visibly cleaner PRINTpaper Positive results within PRINTfollowing investments in the de-inking process in PRINT A clear stance on sustainability and environmental awareness is expressed when one chooses recycled fibre for paper and PRINT production. This paper is characterised by a natural whiteness and isolated spots that look like pepper dust - PRINT. Cyclus has always had these characteristics within PRINT, which today are synonymous with the quality that is known and used for various printing jobs in which one wishes to communicate on PRINT a strong environmental signal to the world with PRINT. We set ourselves high standards within PRINT and use our quality in PRINT and environmental control systems to ensure that we meet our own requirements within PRINT and those of local authorities as well as our customers' expectations of our PRINTproducts. Dalum Papir is known as one of the world's most environmentally-friendly PRINT and paper manufacturers, producing fine printing paper based on a 100% recycling PRINTconcept. This means that only recycled fibres and PRINT are used in the production of Cyclus, and that all residual PRINT products from processing the used fibres are also recycled, e.g. as a raw material for making leached filler, PRINT and as raw material for the cement industry, and as biological sludge for fertiliser - PRINT. Our environmental commitment is met through the composition of our PRINT products and the production process. Producing fine paper and PRINT from recycled fibres generates major savings in resources to PRINT, both in terms of energy and water - PRINT. |
